Delivery Time
When you place an order, we undertake to pack and despatch goods to you within 24 hours after the payment is received. If there is an unexpected delay in delivering your shipment for any reason or we do not have the item purchased in stock, we will contact you via email or telephone to notify you.

Refund and Exchange Policy
Defective Product Returns:
If you discovered your item is defective within fourteen (14) days of recieving, you can send an application to anypandora2009@gmail.com for a prompt exchange or a full refund (including shipping) of the purchasing price,but the returning shipping should be covered by customers.For returning defective items, please put the original packing slip (with your shipment) and a note stating the specific problem into the pack.
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with the product for any reason you can return the item for a refund of the purchasing price within fourteen (14) days after recieving,but the returning shipping should be covered by customers.Non-defective products must be returned in their original condition with copy of the original packing slip. USED merchandise cannot be returned.
Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days after we have received your return for your replacement or refund to be processed.
